Returns & Refund Eligibility

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not satisfied, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

We do not accept returns on final sale items, limited edition drops, or custom-made products (unless they arrive damaged or defective).


How to Request a Refund

1. Contact us at Info@wearsocialclub.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. If approved, we will provide return instructions and a shipping address.

3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund.

 

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 1-2 business days after receiving the returned item.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect or defective items.

If your refund is delayed, check with your bank or payment provider as processing times may vary.

 

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order and request a return for the original item.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us at Info@wearsocialclub.com within 5 days with photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.


Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept refunds or returns on:

Final sale items or gift cards

Worn, washed, or altered items

Custom or limited-edition releases


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 14 days, follow these steps:

1. Check your bank or payment provider for updates.

2. Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.
